About us

We are a group of individuals, working together, to help a village called Kerr Layen in the Gambia, West Africa, to help eradicating of food poverty, to support with education and hopefully one day providing a community nurse. Along with incredible people on my social media platform that have been so flipping generous, they came together and super charged this project into making the village dreams becoming a reality, from running water through to school and even employing teachers through the purchase of goats (you read that correctly) You can read all about this, in the projects.

Thank you for visiting, please don’t be a stranger.

ooooo by the way this was our first visit to the village in November 2023

Myself and my 80 year old mum will be returning this November.

Our first visit to this beautiful village Kerr Layen, Gambia, Africa. Strap Yourself in, for the Adventure of a life time.

29th of November 2024 just before trip number 2 to see our incredible friends. BBC Radio Leicester invited me in, to talk about the wonderful work we have all done.

Our 2nd Trip to Kerr Layen, Gambia, Africa to open our brand new school. This dream is simply epic. We are a team my friends, Thank you for all you have done.

I was joined with my good friend Daniel Yates (the filming master) for my third visit, to let the village know about the funds we have raised to use 36 hectares of land to grow 720 sacks of rice for the villages (they have to do the graft) This adventure is simply incredible. But there is many more chapters to come.

Think of Africa like this!

The true size of Africa. This shows how many countries can fit in Africa.

The African Continent is huge,

We are supporting The Gambia on the far west.

We are supporting a small village called Kerr Layen (google calls it Kerr Lien) it’s a 4.5 hour drive from the capital Banjul.

This is the Village of Kerr Layen, it has lots of land and around 1400 people living in the Village.
